Qualifications

• Completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course.
• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
• Clear communication and ability to assess client needs.
• Strong problem-solving and organization skills.
• Comfort with AI tools such as Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma or GED.
