No prior tax experience is required; earn a competitive hourly rate with opportunities to increase earnings as knowledge grows during peak season.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
Experience interacting with customers in a service-oriented environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to explain information clearly.
Problem-solving skills and ability to organize information.
Comfort using digital tools and AI-based systems.

Responsibilities

Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates.
Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations in a way clients can understand.
Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend relevant products and services.
Build strong client relationships and support office priorities through teamwork and client-first approach.
