H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Tax Associate to work in a local tax office. You'll gather client information, prepare returns, and answer questions with training and support from day one.

No prior tax experience required; you’ll earn a competitive hourly rate and build client relationships while developing skills in tax preparation and customer service. In-person role with flexible hours during tax season.

Qualificações

• Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills, including explaining information clearly and asking questions to understand needs.
• Problem-solving skills, including organizing information and identifying solutions.
• Comfort using digital tools and systems included AI based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates.
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations in a way clients can easily understand.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend relevant products and services.
• Apply problem-solving skills to analyze client information and address questions or unique situations with guidance and available resources.
• Build strong client relationships and support office priorities through teamwork, collaboration, and a client-first approach.
