Job summary

The Bonadio Group is seeking Seasonal Administrative Professionals to support our Tax and Small Business Advisory Service Lines for August 2026 through October 2026 and January 2027 through April 2027.

Responsibilities include processing tax returns and related documents, proofreading and editing, tracking engagements with Access, filing, coordinating communications, calendar management, and prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of office methods, filing, telephone techniques, and business English usage.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing of tax returns, extensions, estimates, notices, etc.
• Assist in preparation, proofreading, editing, and processing of documents to produce error-free work.
• Track engagements with Access software.
• Paper and electronic filing of client information; maintenance of filing systems.
• Coordinate internal or external communications between supervisor and others.
• Organize, update, and maintain calendars.
• Manage multiple priorities.
