The Bonadio Group is seeking a Seasonal Administrative Assistant to support our Tax Service Line for January 2027 through April 2027. This is an on-site position in our Buffalo, New York location.

The role involves processing tax documents, maintaining filing systems, coordinating communications, and supporting tax professionals during peak season. Hours align with office schedule, with potential extra hours during busy periods.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of office methods and procedures, filing, telephone techniques, and office equipment; strong business English usage, spelling, grammar and punctuation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the processing of tax returns, extensions, estimates, notices, etc.
• Assist in preparation, proofreading, editing, and processing of documents to produce error-free work.
• Track engagements using Access software.
• Paper and electronic filing of client information; maintain filing systems.
• Coordinate internal or external communications between supervisor and others.
• Organize, update, and maintain calendars.
• Manage multiple priorities.
