Job summary

Savant Wealth Management is seeking a Seasonal Tax Admin to support clients and staff during tax season. The role handles calls, greets clients, prepares reports, and coordinates meetings in a 100% in-office setting.

The position runs January 2027 through April 30, 2027, with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. schedule at multiple office locations, including Plano, TX. Prior admin experience and strong communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years proven success in an administrative support function.
• Proficiency in Word, Outlook, CRM software.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented and multitask.
• Client-first attitude and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming telephone calls professionally.
• Greet and assist visitors and clients.
• Deliver superior client service and schedule meetings.
• Seat clients in the office for meetings and manage calendars.
• Open, sort, and deliver mail daily and maintain office supplies.
• Process shipments and assemble client mailings.
• Maintain lobby and conference room standards and assist others as needed.
• Perform other duties as requested.
