Acuity Advisors and CPAs, LLP is seeking a Tax Season Administrative Assistant to support our busy season from January to April. You will handle tax document intake, scanner work, and routing to preparers, helping assemble returns for delivery and client communications.

This role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and clear communication across channels, with a preference for full-time hours and on-site teamwork in a collaborative, casual yet professional environment.

Qualifications

• Prior administrative experience is preferred.
• Comfortable with scanners, technology and Microsoft Office.
• Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
• Strong written and verbal communication across channels.
• Enjoys in-person, on-location teamwork with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Manage tax document intake, scanning, organizing, and routing to preparers.
• Assemble completed tax returns for delivery or pick up, assist with e-filing and client communications.
• Ensure electronic returns and support are stored correctly.
• Support the administrative team with general office tasks as needed.
• Coordinate and assist with special projects as needed.
