You’ll help ensure a smooth, client-focused experience from January through April!The Seasonal Tax Admin is responsible for answering and directing incoming telephone calls, greeting visitors and clients, preparing client reports and maintaining contact with clients to provide service and obtain information while maintaining a positive and client centric approach.In the Seasonal Tax Admin position, you can expect to focus in the following areas:Professionally answer and direct incoming telephone callsProfessionally greet and assist visitorsDeliver superior client service by troubleshooting problems, scheduling and organizing meetings, and serving as liaison between advisor and client as neededSeat and serve clients in the office for meetingsReview Master Calendar daily to confirm upcoming appointmentsOperate computer to perform a variety of tasksOpen, sort, and deliver incoming mail dailyInventory and print or order brochures and documents needed for client meetingsExecute opening and closing procedures including phones, doors, and shredding client documentsEnsure conference room and lobby areas meet Savant standards by stocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness of lobby, conference rooms, and kitchen throughout the dayInventory and order supplies for officeProcess UPS shipments, maintain a shipping log, and order shipping suppliesAssemble and mail client mailingsMaintain team approach by assisting and filling in for othersPerform other duties as requested.A couple things to note about our Seasonal Tax Admin position:This is a seasonal position supporting Savant’s tax season needs from January 2027 through April 30, 2027.We are seeking in-person seasonal administrative support at several Savant offices, including Iowa City, Iowa; Cedar Rapids, Iowa; Dover, Delaware; and Plano, Texas.This is an hourly position with a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (40 hours per week).This role is 100% in-office.The Seasonal Tax Admin position typically requires the following qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent2 years proven success in an administrative support function, related to “front office” administrationProficiency in Word, Outlook, CRM softwareMust be organized, detail-oriented and able to multitaskClient first attitudeEffective written and verbal communication skillsTeam player, collaborative, able to work with and through othersCompensationWe take a market-based approach to compensation. The expected base salary range for this role is $21.50 - $30.00 an hour.
