Responsibilities include scheduling, correspondence, file management, and portal/document uploads. The position offers full-time hours, with tax-season overtime required. Compensation aligns with market ranges for the region.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or its equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience: 1-3 years in administrative support, preferably in financial services or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone and email.
• Coordinate client information submissions and return preparation with Advisory and Tax teams.
• Perform filing, typing, copying, scanning, and other routine admin tasks.
• Schedule meetings based on staff and room availability; prepare communications and invoices.
• Create and maintain filing systems; assist with mailings and client lists.
• Assist clients with Portal issues and SafeSend document uploads; post returns.
