Job summary

KARM Stores in Knoxville seeks a Recruiter to support the Team Services department in our Human Resources function. You will help lead full-cycle recruitment, partnering with hiring managers to attract, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, professional communication, and adherence to hiring policies, with a Monday–Friday schedule and some evenings or Saturdays during events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 1–3 years recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience.
• Experience with ATS, MS Office, and online recruiting platforms.
• Knowledge of employment law and interviewing techniques.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for open roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and candidate requirements.
• Build pipelines via job boards, referrals, community and events.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain candidate records in ATS/HRIS and ensure compliance.
