Security Engineers, Inc. is seeking a High-Volume Recruiter to support our Chattanooga area operations. You will post ads, prescreen, interview, and manage our hiring database while coordinating with managers and attending events.

The role requires at least 1 year in customer service, knowledge of Microsoft Office, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position offers paid training and opportunities across multiple states.

Qualifikationen

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• 2+ years verifiable customer service experience.
• Must be able to work in an SEI Office 3 days a week.
• Must be able to travel, occasionally, to different areas of the company.
• Must be self-driven to work remotely.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-stress environments.

• Post hiring ads to our company platform and other relevant job boards.
• Pre-screen applicants to assess qualifications and fit for the role based on job descriptions.
• Conduct interviews with candidates to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Maintain our online hiring database to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
• Provide regular updates to the hiring team on status of open positions.
• Participate in recruitment events such as job fairs and networking events.
