Job summary

NXTThing RPO is seeking a Seasonal Recruitment Specialist to support talent acquisition initiatives in the United States. The role involves phone screenings, candidate care, onboarding support, and handling administrative tasks to keep the recruitment process moving smoothly.

You will work in a remote home-based setup, with the flexibility to manage multiple tasks, update our applicant tracking system, and extend verbal offers to qualified candidates as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound phone screenings with potential candidates in a respectful, professional, and friendly manner.
• Engage in candidate care activities including outbound calls, chat support, and monitoring shared inboxes.
• Assist candidates throughout the onboarding process.
• Execute background administration and monitoring.
• Update candidate responses in our applicant tracking system.
• Extend verbal employment offers to qualified candidates.
• Assist with additional duties as needed.
