Job summary

OnTrac is seeking a Seasonal Talent Acquisition Support II to assist recruitment and onboarding at our Las Vegas facility. You will coordinate events, screen candidates, and help manage offer processes in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work closely with recruiters, operations, and HR to ensure compliant onboarding, accurate recordkeeping, and staffing support across locations. Prior HR or recruiting exposure is preferred, with empathy and strong communication a must.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1–2 years of recruiting and/or onboarding experience preferred.
• 1 year of Human Resources experience required.
• 1–2 years of clerical experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Recruitment event support & hiring coordination: Lead and support recruitment efforts by coordinating hiring events, job fairs, and new hire orientations with recruiters and operations teams.
• Onboarding execution & compliance processing: Manage onboarding processes including background checks, I-9 compliance, adverse action notifications, and required documentation.
• HR compliance & recordkeeping: Ensure HR recordkeeping and onboarding practices meet compliance standards (DOL, OFCCP, EEOC).
• Staffing partnership & hiring support: Liaise between department heads and recruiters to anticipate staffing needs and support hiring initiatives.
• HR operations & administrative support: Assist with HR tasks such as processing new hires, terminations, badge creation, and special projects including referrals and sign-on bonuses.
