Job summary

OnTrac in Logan Township, NJ is hiring a Seasonal Talent Acquisition Support II to help recruit and onboard for regional locations. This onsite role supports a strategic talent acquisition plan while performing day-to-day recruiting activities and onboarding tasks.

You will serve as the primary contact for candidates and new hires, collaborating with recruiters, operations, and leaders to ensure timely staffing. A high school diploma and 1–2 years of HR-related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1–2 years of recruiting and/or onboarding experience preferred.
• 1 year of Human Resources experience required.
• 1–2 years of clerical experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Recruitment event support & hiring coordination: Lead and support recruitment events by coordinating hiring events, job fairs, and new hire orientations in partnership with recruiters and operations teams.
• Onboarding execution & compliance processing: Manage onboarding processes including background checks, I-9 compliance, adverse action notifications, and completion of all required documentation.
• HR compliance & recordkeeping: Ensure HR recordkeeping and onboarding practices meet compliance standards, including DOL, OFCCP, and EEOC requirements.
• Staffing partnership & hiring support: Act as a liaison between department heads and recruiters to anticipate staffing needs and support hiring initiatives.
• HR operations & administrative support: Assist with HR tasks such as processing new hires, terminations, badge creation, and special projects including referral and sign-on bonuses.
