OnTrac in Orlando is seeking a Seasonal Talent Acquisition Support II to assist recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations on-site at a regional facility. The role emphasizes collaboration with recruiters and operations teams to execute staffing plans and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

The position values empathy, organization, and strong communication, with a defined term from 11/9/26 to 12/31/26 and a base hourly pay of $21–$31, depending on experience and location.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1–2 years of recruiting and/or onboarding experience preferred.
• 1 year of Human Resources experience required.
• 1–2 years of clerical experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

Responsabilités

• Recruitment event support & hiring coordination: Lead and support recruitment efforts by coordinating hiring events, job fairs, and new hire orientations in partnership with recruiters and operations teams.
• Onboarding execution & compliance processing: Manage onboarding processes including background checks, I-9 compliance, adverse action notifications, and completion of all required documentation.
• HR compliance & recordkeeping: Ensure HR recordkeeping and onboarding practices meet compliance standards, including DOL, OFCCP, and EEOC requirements.
• Staffing partnership & hiring support: Act as a liaison between department heads and recruiters to anticipate staffing needs and support hiring initiatives.
• HR operations & administrative support: Assist with HR tasks such as processing new hires, terminations, badge creation, and special projects including referral and sign-on bonuses.
