Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is hiring a Store Support Teammate in Midland, TX to help create an enjoyable shopping experience for guests. You will greet customers, assist with questions, operate the POS system, and support merchandising efforts while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

You must be flexible with scheduling including weekends and holiday periods, and you’ll adhere to Buckle’s policies and ethics while contributing to a collaborative team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) software and bag purchases to complete Guest transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Monitor and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations.
• Assist with merchandising tasks such as preparing displays, organizing fixtures and shelving, and price markdowns.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable, upholding Buckle’s mission statement.
• Adhere to Buckle’s Code of Ethics and all policies and handbooks.
• Contribute to a positive team spirit and support special projects as assigned.
