Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is hiring a Store Support Teammate in Texas to help create a welcoming shopping experience for guests. You will assist with sales tasks, merchandising, and overall store upkeep while maintaining Buckle’s high standards of service.

No prior experience is required, and you’ll join a team committed to guest satisfaction, ethical practices, and a supportive workplace culture. This is a part-time, in-store role with flexible scheduling and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing hospitality and helpful attitude
• Ability to operate POS software and complete transactions
• Assist with merchandising tasks and displays
• Maintain store security practices and awareness
• Work well with others to meet store goals

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
• Complete Guest transactions using POS software and bag purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, payment/exchange policies, and security practices.
• Assist in merchandising duties such as displays, fixtures, price markdowns, and transfers.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable to reflect Buckle’s mission.
• Adhere to Buckle’s Code of Ethics and store policies.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and assist with special projects.
