Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Texas is seeking a Store Support Teammate to help fulfill our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests.

You will perform sales support tasks, greet guests, process transactions, and maintain knowledge of promotions and policies. Responsibilities include assisting with merchandising tasks, monitoring security, and upholding Buckle’s Code of Ethics while contributing to a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Greet Guests and answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends.
• Operate POS software and complete guest transactions efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of promotions, payments, exchanges and policies.
• Identify and respond to security risks and theft attempts appropriately.
• Assist Operations Manager/Visual Merchandiser with displays and shelving tasks.
• Keep the store clean, organized and shoppable at all times.
• Follow Buckle Code of Ethics and store policies and procedures.
• Contribute to a positive team environment through service-minded actions.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and assist store inquiries.
• Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
• Process Guest transactions at POS and bag purchases.
• Stay informed on current sales, promotions, and return/exchange policies.
• Monitor security risks and respond to incidents per guidelines.
• Assist with merchandising tasks such as displays and price markdowns.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and contribute to Buckle’s mission.
• Adhere to Buckle’s Ethics and policies in daily duties.
• Handle special projects and other duties as assigned.
