Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Sales Teammate to deliver an exceptional guest experience through friendly service and knowledgeable product guidance. You will help guests find items, answer questions, and operate the cash register with accuracy and courtesy.

As a Sales Teammate, you will support store merchandising, assist with displays, and uphold Buckle’s policies on exchanges, payments, and loss prevention. This role requires a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• No formal degree required; strong interpersonal skills a must.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide excellent service.
• Assist Guests with questions, locate merchandise, and process purchases at the register.
• Maintain clean, organized sales floor and proper merchandise presentation.
• Learn and follow Buckle policies on payments, exchanges and returns.
• Support store operations and teammate collaboration to meet sales goals.
