Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is hiring a Store Support Teammate in Brownsville, TX. This part-time role supports daily operations, greets guests, assists with transactions, and helps maintain appealing displays and clean stores.

You’ll follow Buckle’s policies and contribute to a positive guest experience. Responsibilities include flexible scheduling around peak shopping times, basic merchandising help, and collaborating with the Operations Manager and Visual Merchandiser as needed.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Complete Guest transactions by operating the POS system and bagging purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Monitor security risks and thefts and respond accordingly.
• Assist merchandising tasks, organize displays, and support backroom transfers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, shoppable store in line with Buckle’s mission.
• Adhere to Buckle’s Code of Ethics and store policies.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and participate in special projects.
