Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is hiring a Store Support Teammate to help fulfill our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests.

This role includes assisting with daily sales support tasks and collaborating with store leadership to maintain a well‑presented, customer‑focused environment. Responsibilities include greeting Guests, handling transactions, keeping up with promotions and policies, and supporting merchandising efforts while adhering to Buckle’s ethics and procedures.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Complete Guest transactions using POS software and bag purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, payments, exchanges, and security practices.
• Monitor security risks and theft and know how to respond.
• Assist with merchandising tasks, displays, fixtures, price markdowns, and transfers.
• Keep the store clean, organized and shoppable in line with Buckle’s mission.
• Follow Buckle’s Code of Ethics and store policies and handbooks.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and support mission statements.
• Take on special projects and other duties as assigned.
