The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Store Support Teammate in Dallas, TX to help deliver an engaging shopping experience for guests. You will greet guests, assist with questions, process transactions at the POS, and support merchandising and store presentation.

You'll work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holiday periods. The role emphasizes guest service, teamwork, and adherence to Buckle’s policies and ethics.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions.
• Process guest transactions using POS software.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies and security practices.
• Assist Operations Manager/Visual Merchandiser with merchandising tasks and displays.
• Keep the store clean, organized and shoppable at all times.
• Follow Buckle's Code of Ethics and store policies.
