The Buckle, Inc. is hiring a Part-Time Store Support Teammate for the Lima Center location. This role focuses on delivering an enjoyable shopping experience by assisting guests, processing transactions, and supporting merchandising efforts in a fast-paced retail environment.

This position requires a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday days. On-site work is required at the Lima Center store.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays.
• Customer service oriented and guest-focused.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly attitude and answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Handle guest transactions with POS software and bag purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Assist with merchandising tasks and display setup.
• Keep store clean, organized and inviting for guests.
• Uphold Buckle's Code of Ethics and policies.
• Support store manager with special projects as needed.
