Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a part-time Store Support Teammate for an on-site role in Bend, Oregon. The position focuses on delivering an excellent guest experience and supporting merchandising, cashiering, and store operations.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling transactions at the POS, maintaining store cleanliness, and assisting with promotions and security. Experience is not required, and a flexible schedule is needed to cover mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
• Complete Guest transactions by operating the POS software and bag purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies and security practices.
• Monitor and respond to security risks and thefts; assist in preventing incidents.
• Assist Operations Manager/Visual Merchandiser with merchandising tasks and displays.
• Keep the store clean, organized and shoppable.
• Follow Buckle Code of Ethics and company policies.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and guest service excellence.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
