Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a part-time Store Support Teammate to help create the best possible shopping experience for our Guests in one of our local stores.

You will greet guests, assist with merchandise, and operate the POS system while maintaining knowledge of current sales and promotions. The role requires flexibility across mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods, with a focus on teamwork and adherence to our policies.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions about the store and merchandise.
• Work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Complete Guest transactions by operating the POS system and bagging purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Monitor security risks and theft prevention methods.
• Assist with merchandising tasks, displays, fixtures, markdowns, and transfers.
• Keep the store clean, organized and shoppable.
• Follow Buckle Code of Ethics and company policies.
• Support the mission with guest service and team spirit.
• Handle special projects and other duties as assigned.
