Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Store Support Teammate for a part-time role at our University Town Center location. You will greet guests, process transactions at the POS, maintain store cleanliness, and assist with merchandising tasks to support a positive shopping experience.

You will work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods, while upholding Buckle’s policies and guest service standards in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends.
• Complete guest transactions at the POS and bag purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Monitor security risks and know how to prevent incidents.
• Assist merchandising tasks and display setup.
• Keep the store clean, organized and shoppable.
• Follow Buckle’s policies and Code of Ethics.
• Provide high levels of guest service and team spirit.
• Support special projects as assigned.
