Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Store Support Teammate to assist with a range of sales support tasks and guest service.

This on-site, part-time role focuses on delivering the best in-store shopping experience and supporting the Store Manager with day-to-day operations. The position emphasizes greeting guests, processing transactions, and maintaining store standards while working a flexible schedule, including peak shopping times and holidays.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and special holiday shifts.
• Complete Guest transactions by operating the Point of Sale (POS) software and bagging purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Monitor and recognize security risks and thefts, and how to prevent or handle these situations.
• Assist the Operations Manager and/or Visual Merchandiser in merchandising tasks such as preparing displays, organizing fixtures, completing price markdowns, and transfers.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable to fulfill Buckle’s mission statement.
• Follow Buckle’s Code of Ethics and company policies.
• Fulfill mission by delivering high-level Guest service and supporting a positive team culture.
• Special projects and other duties as assigned.
