Buckle is hiring a Part-Time Store Support Teammate in Lima, OH to help create an enjoyable shopping experience for guests. You will greet customers, handle transactions, stay informed on promotions, and support merchandising efforts to keep the store inviting.

This role emphasizes guest service, flexibility in scheduling, and adherence to store policies while contributing to a positive team environment in a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.
• Part-time position with a flexible schedule.
• Ability to stand for long periods and assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Complete Guest transactions using the POS software.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, payment policies, exchanges, and security practices.
• Monitor security and prevent or handle thefts when needed.
• Assist the Operations Manager and Visual Merchandiser with merchandising tasks and displays.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable at all times.
• Follow Buckle's Code of Ethics and store policies.
• Support the team with special projects as assigned.
