Michaels Traverse City seeks a Store Team Member to provide friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure efficient checkout operations. You will participate in unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining in-stock shelves while promoting rewards programs and private label credit products.

The role involves omnichannel support (BOPIS/SFS), adherence to SOPs, safety practices, and cross-training in framing-related tasks. Flexible hours and weekend availability may be required.

Qualificações

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and move around the store.

Responsabilidades

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including returns/go back process and store recovery.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs; adhere to SOPs and company policies.
