Qualifications

• Two years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing store strategies to meet annual sales and contribution goals.
• Lead and train Crew Members for excellent store operations and customer service.
• Oversee front-end activities and manage add-on sales.
• Ensure compliance with safety and Asset Protection standards.
• Serve as Manager on Duty during assigned shifts.
