Job summary

Brobston Group in Las Vegas is seeking a seasonal store operations assistant for a three-month period. You will help process shipments, manage inventory, and support cash office duties to ensure a smooth customer experience.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a proactive approach to daily retail tasks, including stock handling and store processes. Prior retail ops experience is preferred, with proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least two years of retail operations experience in a support, customer service, or sales role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint; quick to learn new systems.
• Strong time management, prioritization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative approach, professional conduct, and enthusiasm for the product.
• Ability to stand/walk, lift ~20 pounds, and handle stock movements.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing merchandise, shipping documents, transfers, and related records according to company standards.
• Support inventory preparation and execution, shrink reduction, and effective store processes.
• Carry out cash office procedures and help maintain compliance with point-of-sale audit requirements.
• Coordinate repair, engraving, and embossing services, and manage office, facilities, and associate supplies.
• Partner with accounts payable and store teams to support daily operations and resolve process needs.
