Job summary

Brobston Group in Las Vegas is seeking a Store Operations Associate to support day-to-day retail activities, including inventory processing, stockroom organization, and sales floor replenishment. You will provide customer service and assist with store presentation while balancing operational responsibilities with the needs of the business.

Responsibilities include processing deliveries, RFID scans, transfers, ship-to-home orders, and maintaining organized inventory.

Qualifications

• Experience in back-of-house or similar high-volume environment preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to lift or maneuver up to 30 pounds and work across the sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Process deliveries, merchandise, RFID scans, replenishment, transfers, and ship-to-home orders.
• Maintain organized stockroom and sales floor inventory, and support sales associates with stock checks and merchandise delivery.
• Greet and assist customers, process transactions, and maintain clean, welcoming sales and fitting room areas.
• Support visual merchandising, store standards, and front- and back-of-house operations.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in training and company initiatives.
