Job summary

Brobston Group in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a seasonal Operations Associate to support store operations for up to three months. The role covers shipping and receiving, stockroom, cash office, and administrative duties to deliver an exemplary customer experience.

You will maintain office and facilities, assist invoice approvals, inventory prep, and POS audits, while collaborating with a team to uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• At least two years of retail operations experience in a support, customer service, or sales capacity.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new systems.
• Strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to multitask and prioritize.
• Collaborative team player with passion for the product and brand.
• Able to stand and walk during shifts, lift approximately 20 pounds, and pack, unpack, and move stock.

Responsibilities

• Maintain office, facilities, and associate grooming supplies, and coordinate invoice approvals with Accounts Payable.
• Support shrink reduction, inventory preparation and execution, and improvements to store processes.
• Process incoming and outgoing merchandise according to company standards and accurately handle related shipping, inventory, and vendor documents.
• Execute cash office processes and support POS audit compliance.
• Coordinate accessories repair, engraving, and embossing services.
