Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Seasonal Store Operations Associate in New York. You will support shipping, receiving, stockroom, cash office, and administrative duties across store functions for up to three months.

Responsibilities include processing merchandise, coordinating invoices, assisting with inventory and POS audits, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork are essential; you must be able to stand, lift up to 20 pounds, and learn new systems

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail operations experience in a support, customer service or sales capacity.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint; ability to learn new systems.
• Strong time management, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative team player with interest in brand and career growth.
• Able to stand and walk during shifts, lift ~20 pounds and move stock.

Responsibilities

• Maintain office, facilities, and associate grooming supplies; coordinate invoice approvals with Accounts Payable.
• Support shrink reduction, inventory prep, and efficient store processes.
• Process incoming/outgoing merchandise; handle transfers, shipping docs, inventory records, invoices, and related paperwork.
• Execute cash office processes and assist with POS audit requirements.
• Coordinate accessory repairs, engraving, and embossing services.
• Replenish supplies and assist receiving/stocking as needed.
