Brobston Group is seeking an operations support associate for our New York store. This seasonal role lasts up to three months and focuses on helping store teams deliver an excellent customer experience.

You will assist with shipping, receiving, stockroom, cash office, inventory prep, and store process improvements, while using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Candidates should have retail operations exp and strong interpersonal skills.

• Two years of retail operations experience in support, customer service, or sales.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; quick learner with new systems.
• Strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills; multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Support shipping, receiving, stockroom, cash office, and administrative operations.
• Process merchandise, transfers, invoices, shipping documents, and cash office transactions accurately.
• Assist with inventory preparation, shrink reduction, supply replenishment, and store process improvements.
• Coordinate accessory repairs, engraving, and embossing services.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and respect for the product and colleagues.
