You will engage with customers, support merchandising standards, and participate in store recovery while promoting credit and loyalty programs. The role requires flexibility and reliable teamwork within a fast-paced off-price retail setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Able to respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Model established customer experience practices with customers.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Process purchases/returns accurately and count change as per procedures.
• Maintain merchandising standards and floor readiness.
• Prepare merchandise for sale and restock as needed.
• Support store safety and loss prevention goals.
• Participate in store recovery and cleanliness.
• Assist in other duties as assigned.
