Job summary

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising philosophy and follows procedures and standards.
• Processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor following procedures.
• Participates in store recovery and maintains cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and safety awareness.
