Job summary

Ralph Lauren is seeking a capable Store Operations assistant for our New York stores. The role involves maintaining office and facilities supplies, processing invoices, and supporting shrink-reduction efforts while coordinating repair and engraving services.

You will assist with inventory prep, ensure compliance with procedures, and help with transfer and shipping documents. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in retail operations, strong software skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Retail Operations Experience in a support, customer service, or sales capacity.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; quick to learn new systems.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Passion for Ralph Lauren brand and career growth within the company.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs; assist with receiving/stocking.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all supplies for Office and Facilities needs and grooming products for associates.
• Process invoices with Accounts Payable promptly and accurately.
• Support Shrink Reduction Plan and report violations.
• Coordinate accessories repair services through external vendors.
• Coordinate engraving and embossing services.
• Assist with inventory preparation and execution.
• Evaluate and improve store processes for efficiency.
• Ensure incoming and outgoing merchandise comply with regulations.
• Read and execute transfer, shipping, alteration, inventory, and vendor documents.
• Execute accurate Cash Office processes and ensure POS audit compliance.
• Control and replenish supplies as requested by management.
• Demonstrate product passion and professional presentation.
