Job summary

Ralph Lauren is hiring a seasonal Retail Operations Associate in New York for up to three months. You will support store operations including Shipping/Receiving, Stock Room, and admin duties while maintaining supplies and assisting with invoice approvals and vendor coordination.

The role requires at least 2 years in retail operations or similar, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to lift ~20 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Retail Operations Experience in a support, customer service, or sales capacity.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain supplies for Office and Facilities and grooming products for associates.
• Coordinate engraving and embossing services and accessories repair with external vendors.
• Assist with inventory preparation and stock replenishment; ensure proper processing of merchandise.
• Support Shrink Reduction Plan execution and reporting of violations.
• Ensure accurate Cash Office processes and POS audit compliance.
• Support shift operations including Shipping/Receiving, Stock Room, and general admin duties.
