Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking a Seasonal Store Operations Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences while supporting Shipping/Receiving, Stock Room, Cash Office and admin duties. The role lasts up to three months, offering exposure to multiple store functions and a pathway to broader opportunities within the company.

Responsibilities include managing supplies, processing invoices, executing inventory tasks, and maintaining compliance with company procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Retail Operations experience in a support, customer service, or sales capacity.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain supplies for Office and Facilities needs and grooming products for associates.
• Process invoices with Accounts Payable promptly and accurately.
• Support shrink reduction plans and report violations as needed.
• Coordinate accessory repair, engraving and embossing services with external vendors.
• Assist in inventory preparation and execution and ensure proper transfer documents.
• Ensure merchandise processing adheres to company regulations and standards.
