Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking a seasonal Store Operations Assistant in Manhasset, NY. You will help with Shipping/Receiving, stock room, and cash office, supporting administrative duties to ensure an exemplary customer experience.

The position lasts up to three months and pays $17.50–$25.00 per hour. Candidates should have at least 2 years in retail operations and be comfortable standing, walking, and lifting up to 20 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in Retail Operations or related roles.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office.
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities.

• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Willing to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs; able to move stock.

Responsibilities

• Maintain supplies for Office and Facilities and grooming products for associates.
• Assist Accounts Payable for invoice approvals.
• Support shrink reduction and report violations.
• Coordinate accessories repair service with external vendors.
• Coordinate engraving and embossing services.
• Assist with inventory preparation and execution.
• Assess store processes and provide efficiency recommendations.
• Ensure incoming/outgoing merchandise conforms to regulations.
• Read/execute various shipping and transfer documents.
• Perform Cash Office procedures and ensure POS audit compliance.
• Manage replenishment of supplies.
• Demonstrate product passion and professional presentation.
