Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking a Seasonal Store Operations Assistant to support Shipping/Receiving, Stock Room, Cash Office and clerical duties for up to three months. The role emphasizes accuracy in paperwork, inventory, and store process improvement.

The position requires at least 2 years in retail operations, familiarity with Microsoft Office, and the ability to lift up to 20 lbs. A customer-focused, team-oriented approach will help maintain high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Retail Operations experience in a support, customer service, or sales capacity.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
• Demonstrated passion and affinity for the Ralph Lauren brand and desire to grow in one's career with the company.
• Collaborative team player willing to partner with and support all departments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work shift standing and walking and able to lift approx. 20 lbs.
• Must be able to pack, unpack and move stock when supporting in receiving / stocking store functions

Responsibilities

• Maintain all supplies for Office and Facilities needs and Grooming products for associates.
• Work with Accounts Payable to ensure invoices are approved correctly and promptly.
• Coordinate Shrink Reduction Plan and report violations.
• Coordinate the accessories repair service process through external vendor.
• Coordinate engraving and embossing services.
• Provide support with inventory preparation and execution.
• Assess store processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure incoming/outgoing merchandise complies with regulations and standards.
• Read and execute transfer, shipping, alteration, inventory and vendor documents.
• Execute accurate Cash Office processes and ensure POS audit compliance.
• Replenish supplies as required by managers.
• Demonstrate passion and respect for the product.
• Present professionally and maintain good personal presentation.
• Demonstrate integrity, honesty and respect for others.
