Five Below in Arlington Heights is seeking an hourly Store Manager on Duty to lead daily operations, coach associates, and ensure superior customer service. You will open/close the store, manage cash procedures, and drive sales while maintaining a safe, engaging shopping environment.

Formación

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Wowing customers through personal contact and service.
• Train crew on BEST customer service experience and quick checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure service quality.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty and run store operations when needed.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, and ensure daily readiness.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales and manage expenses through merchandising and service.
• Coordinate with store leadership on merchandising and recovery efforts.
• Perform store maintenance and cleanliness duties.
