Hot Topic, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Key Holder to support the store leadership team and help fans get the merch they love. You’ll train new recruits, assist with daily operations, and push toward sales targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You’ll use your knowledge of music and pop culture to drive guest engagement, operate the register, and maintain visual standards. This role emphasizes leadership and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and selling abilities.
• Collaborative and effective communication with the team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage repeat visits.
• Lead and support store operations when the manager is away.
• Help drive sales by meeting KPIs like UPT and ADT.
• Cover sales floor areas and assist with opening/closing the store.
• Operate the register and process transactions with accurate cash handling.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising.
• Communicate fashion and music trends to management and HQ partners.
• Maintain stockroom organization and store tidiness.
• Train and coach new Sales Associates as needed.
