Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Support Lead to guide front-end operations and coach sales associates. Under the Store Manager, you’ll drive customer wow moments, cash handling, and store cleanliness, while modeling leadership and achieving KPIs.

You’ll help with staff training, scheduling, and daily store performance to boost brand loyalty and sales. As a leader, you will open or close the store, monitor CSAT, and collaborate with the District Manager to meet financial and service goals.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wow customers through personal contact and exceptional service.
• Lead front end operations and assist with store traffic and sales.
• Train, coach and develop associates; supervise staff as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety and organization; open/close procedures.
• Drive store sales, manage expenses, and assist payroll within budget.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, deposits and POS functions.
• Coordinate merchandising and stock receipt; unload, stock and stage merchandise.
• Communicate with supervisors and corporate on store issues.
