Job summary

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and ensures fast, friendly check-out.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and maintains service quality.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking and stocking of new items.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, overseeing store operations and staff.
• Handles opening/closing responsibilities, cash security, and alarms.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service.
• Collaborates with store leadership on merchandising and recovery strategies.
• Performs routine store maintenance and cleanliness.
