Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leadership role in Mentor to oversee daily operations, staff performance, and customer service. You will train crew, manage stock and opening/closing duties, and collaborate with leadership to drive sales and efficiency.

You should have at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting, with a focus on delivering a WOW customer experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wow customers through personal contact and great service.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates for high performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking shelves.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations and issues.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, and ensure readiness.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
