Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store activities and ensure excellent customer service.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensure fast, friendly checkout.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking of new merchandise.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed; manage operations, staff and service.
• Open or close the store; secure cash, set alarms, and prepare for daily sales.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates and policies.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and performance.
