Job summary

BoxLunch is seeking a Seasonal Key Holder in Portland, OR. You will support the store leadership team, train new recruits, and ensure a great customer experience for fans. You’ll help meet sales targets, manage the register, assist with merchandising, and help maintain store standards during openings and closings.

Ideal candidates have retail experience, are at least 18, hold a high school diploma or GED, and can lift up to 50 pounds while staying on their feet throughout scheduled hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail establishments is preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Confident communicator and team player.
• Fandom knowledge of pop culture is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be on your feet for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer experience to encourage repeat visits.
• Support store leadership and assist in daily operations.
• Help drive sales and achieve KPIs like UPT and ADT.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards; assist with opening/closing.
• Handle register transactions and communicate shortages/overages to management.
• Assist with planograms and merchandising changes.
• Share fashion and music trends with management and HQ affiliates.
• Work with store leadership to prevent theft and maintain security.
• Assist with stock room organization and overall store upkeep.
• Train and mentor new Sales Associates.
