BoxLunch is seeking a Seasonal Key Holder in Medford, OR. You will support the Store Manager, train new staff, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and maintaining store standards.

You will cover shifts, assist with merchandising, process transactions, and communicate trends to management. The role emphasizes teamwork, leadership, and a passion for pop culture.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong collaboration and leadership abilities are expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage repeat visits and showcase product knowledge.
• Step in to lead the store when the Manager is unavailable and support daily operations.
• Understand sales plans and KPIs and help drive key metrics like UPT and ADT.
• Cover sales floor areas and assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Process transactions at the register and upsell with fandom knowledge; report shortages or overages to the Store Manager.
• Assist with planogram changes including store map, walls, fixtures and merchandising mix.
• Share fashion and music trend insights with management and HQ partners.
• Ensure stockroom organization and store cleanliness; participate in basic stock maintenance.
• Train and coach new Sales Associates to help them acclimate quickly.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Leader.
